Challenge: Big Quiche Enterprises, a small production company that specializes in comedy, requested complete branding for their company, a website and several promotions. The primary objective was to showcase the company's work and services to potential clients. Other objectives included attracting development capital, creating a source of entertainment for the public and informing the user of the company's news.

Solution: Paul Kiesche Design immediately began this project by branding Big Quiche Enterprises with a new logo. The Big Quiche logo was designed to present a cinematic feel: a quiche pie with a wedge cut out resembled a movie reel and doubled as the shape of a Q. In keeping consistency with the brand, the word "Enterprises" is replaced with each division of Big Quiche (Creative and Production). The logo was designed for use with video, web, and print. Stationary and business cards were created with a similar, but original design, still uniformly consistent with the brand.

Paul Kiesche Design created the site with original information architecture, design, illustration and programming. Big Quiche Creative supplied original copywriting which enhanced each page with clever comedy. The site includes countless interesting details and fun hidden features. It is rich in animations, images, scripts and video, helping to showcase Big Quiche as the diverse production company it is. To reach a large audience, the site and animations were designed to fit any size browser on any platform computer.

Result: Since Big Quiche's new branding and website design, the site has experienced a rise in interest, credibility and traffic to their site. Amongst several other awards, the site was awarded the Silver at the Horizon Interactive awards and was the winner of the American Design Awards. The site continues to get rave reviews and recognition.
